Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure
GSearch.AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Model Training: We do not use Google Workspace or Google Drive user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI/ML models without your explicit consent.
- User Revocation: You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time via your GSearch.AI settings or via your Google Account security permissions.
1. Description of Service
GSearch.AI provides an AI-powered enterprise search, knowledge intelligence, and document retrieval platform. Our services allow users to index, search, query, and analyze documents and knowledge bases across various data sources, including connected third-party integrations (such as Google Drive, Slack, and cloud storage).
2. User Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Google API Services
GSearch.AI allows you to connect third-party accounts, such as Google Drive, to enhance search and knowledge retrieval:
- Authorization: By connecting third-party services, you authorize GSearch.AI to access, retrieve, and index documents and files within the scopes explicitly approved by you during authorization.
- Google API Limited Use Disclosure: GSearch.AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Model Training on Google User Data: We do not use Google Workspace or Google Drive user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI/ML models without your explicit consent.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Your Data:You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any documents, text, queries, and materials you upload or sync to GSearch.AI ("User Content").
- License to Operate: You grant GSearch.AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, parse, embed, and index your User Content solely to provide and maintain the services for your account.
- Our Intellectual Property: GSearch.AI, its software, algorithms, branding, logos, and user interface are the exclusive property of Gramosoft Private Limited and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GSearch.AI to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Process, index, or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems.
6. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability; however, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable prior notice when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gramosoft Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or inability to access the service;
- Any third-party conduct or content on the service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and you may request the deletion of your indexed data.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
